At St Peter and St Paul C of E, we value and celebrate the diversity of our school community. We believe that a governing body composed of individuals with varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives strengthens our strategic leadership and supports better decision‑making for all pupils.

In line with the Department for Education’s recommendation that schools must ensure that individuals cannot be identified, it has been agreed as a governing body not to publish the diversity information of the members of the Governing Body. However, our governing body remains committed to increasing representation, promoting equality, and ensuring that our decisions reflect the needs and strengths of our community. We regularly review our governance diversity profile to inform recruitment, training, and succession planning.
